|Recommended: YesSimple, affordable place to stay — If you're looking for a place near the Brigham Young University, Birch Plaza is a good option. It has the necessary amenities and spaces for you to start off on the right foot as a college student.
|Recommended: YesNice and Cozy — Has a nice homey feel, overall it is wall kept and clean. Some of the cabinets do not close all the way and a few were missing nobs but considering the age of the apartments they are pretty nice. Super friendly staff, maintenance guy is nice and completes maintenance requests quickly. Each room has its own heater.
|Recommended: YesAwesome apartments — This is my first semester in these apartments and I'm loving it so far The staff is super kind, though at the beginning with everything it was hard to get a hold of them by calling, and there was a little delay with emailing, but overall the staff have been amazing and I would totally recommend staying here
