|Recommended: YesGreat place, with minor inconveniences — I absolutely love Brookside I've referred about 11 girls to live here and they all loved it. This is definitely my favorite apartment I've lived in even with the minor inconveniences. The only downside is that it's 1 fridge to 6 people, and no AC. However, the rooms are in great condition and the apartment overall is great.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartments with private rooms — If you're fine without AC, these apartments are a good choice. Property staff is helpful and chill. It is nice to have private rooms as well.
|Recommended: YesLack of cleanliness — i moved in and it was pretty disgusting honestly. my aunt and cousins were helping me move in and we had to wipe everything down, vacuum and dust. it was like nobody had clean checks and it was just pretty gross. it was super overwhelming to be moving into an apartment that was dirty and felt neglected. after i cleaned pretty much everything it was fine. i would only recommend living here if you really want a private room. that’s the big plus here. otherwise you could definitely find somewhere better with more cleanliness and care for the apartment.
