|Recommended: YesGreat apartment, appliances lacking — I will definitely be okay coming back here It’s close to campus, not too expensive, and the community is great. The staff are very kind and understanding. The only bone I have to pick is with the appliances in the apartment. They are a bit finicky all around and the stove can be hard to use well, but for the price and location, I think it’s a decent option, especially for students who will need to be on campus often.

|Recommended: YesI mean it’s alright — My apartment is starting to show its age, damaged carpet, cabinets and wooden floors, the appliances are also old and or they don’t work.
|Recommended: YesMy review — Pretty good, it's close to campus. My only issues are the one fridge for six people and the shower head is a little short but I've learned to live with it.
|Recommended: YesConvenient and fun — It’s really nice to live this close to campus. Almost everything you need in Rexburg is within a 15-minute walk. The apartments are a little cramped, but not bad. The residents can be slightly rowdy at times, but it’s nothing too crazy.
|Recommended: NoGood — When i moved into the apartment it was not as clean as i would have liked it. There have been some problems with our appliances

|Recommended: YesGood times — Heritage is a pretty sweet place. The apartments are a good size too. I feel like some corners may have but cut here and there but I've lived in worse. The only actually frustrating part about moving in was that I did it during spring break. I wasn't given the door code but told I could move in Saturday. I had to get my roommate's phone number from a neighbor to get in. Other than that, the managers are super nice. Communications are clear, maintenance gets on top of things super fast, and the complex itself is super clean.
