I will say that there's certain things I could use up keep they're certain things have holes in it or just lots of scratches that could use good maintenance. But the whole place is really nice with all things considering
|Recommended: YesTJ - The Building Manager — Tj is seriously the nicest, most genuine, most accommodating person I have ever met. I've lived in a LOT of different apartment complexes, houses, dorms etc. and TJ makes living at Rockland so incredible.

|Recommended: YesPretty nice place — It's not as bad as I could think. Some flaws, but great donuts and easy to move in and stay in. Overall, it's as good as any other place I'd like to live in.

|Recommended: YesSo far so good — I have been living here for about a week now, and I have enjoyed it so far. The parking lot is always open with space, and the apartments are pretty spacious compared to some others I have lived at. Oliver, the manager is super nice and personally has come around to invite people to activities or inform people of developments. I cannot vouch for the maintenance staff fully yet as I have not needed them yet, but if it is anything like how everything is going I doubt there will be any issues.
|Recommended: YesExcellent Dorm — The apartment was clean, check is was fast and hassle free, and the roommates were friendly and helpful.
